4. Appointment Booking

Repeated failure to attend without notice may result in a review of your access to scheduled services.

7. HMO and Health Insurance
We work with a number of Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs) and health insurance providers registered under the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). Coverage, co-payments, and pre-authorisation requirements vary by plan. Patients are responsible for understanding the terms of their insurance or HMO plan. Well Clinic is not liable for services denied or not covered by an insurer or HMO.
8. Limitation of Liability
Well Clinic and its staff will at all times exercise reasonable professional care in the delivery of medical services. However, medicine involves inherent risks that cannot always be predicted or prevented. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Well Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on information on this website.
