The following guidelines have been established to ensure that all Well Clinic visitors, patients and staff have a safe and orderly environment that promotes healing and the highest level of care.

Alcohol

Consuming alcoholic beverages and possessing open containers on property are prohibited.

Animals

Pets and other animals are not permitted to ensure the health and safety of our patients.

Food

Do not give patients anything to eat or drink without approval from clinical staff.

Illegal Substances

Illegal drugs or other substances are strictly prohibited on clinic property.

Infection Control

Follow hand-washing and infection-control signs. Ill visitors should avoid visiting.

Litter

Littering is prohibited. Dispose of visitor badges in designated receptacles at exits.

Loitering

Facilities are for patients, visitors and authorized personnel only. Loitering is prohibited.

Lost & Found

Turn in lost items to Security. Contact Security at xxxxxxxxxx for lost items.

Noise

Loud music or disruptive noise is prohibited. Keep noise to a minimum.

Parking

Park only in designated lots. Violators may be towed. We are not liable for vehicle damage.

Belongings

Do not leave items unattended. Belongings are left at owner's risk.

Photography

Photos, video, or audio recording of staff or patients without permission is prohibited.

Skateboards

Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and similar devices are prohibited on property.

Smoke & Tobacco

All tobacco and marijuana products are prohibited on Well Clinic premises.

Solicitation

Solicitation of any kind without advance approval is strictly prohibited.

Vandalism

Damaging, destroying or defacing property will result in prosecution.

Verbal Abuse

Yelling, profanity, name-calling and other abusive statements will not be tolerated.

Violence

Acts or threats of violence will not be tolerated. Security will be notified immediately.

Visiting Hours

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

General visiting hours

  • Check-in at lobby/reception desk
  • Wear visitor pass above waist at all times
  • Check-in required each day
  • Overnight visits: case-by-case, one person per patient

Weapons Policy

Weapons are strictly prohibited on Well Clinic property.

This includes firearms, knives of any length, cutting/stabbing instruments, explosives, incendiary devices, bludgeoning devices, and non-lethal weapons (tasers, stun guns, pepper spray).

Any behavior that creates a disturbance, poses harm, or violates Well Clinic policies is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with these guidelines or lawful requests by Well Clinic staff or security may result in removal from the facility and potential legal action.
